Michael Bailey Artistic Director)

Originally from Columbus, Ohio. He has been associated with The Theatre Project &
Positive Vision Theatre,   a HIV/AIDS educational theatre company.   He holds   a MFA
from the Professional Director's Training Program at Ohio University. He has directed
over 150 play and is the recipient of   various   LOTB and OCTA   awards   for
Outstanding & Excellence in Direction.     He was the Co-Founder and Artistic
Director of The Theatre Project and was also   Co-Founder and   Artistic   Director of
Positive Vision Theatre.   He also has script development and direction on some forty
productions.   He served as The Theatre Project's Managing Director for two years.

Charles Chavers (Production Director)

Originally from Louisiana and is a highly decorated     Retired United States Air Force
Officer living in South   Carolina. Dr. Chavers has extensive experience with    USO
tours and projects while on active duty as the    Operations   Officer   for    Morale,
Welfare,    and     Recreations Command.    Dr. Chavers has degrees,    from the
University of Nebraska (BS), MBA from     Midwestern University, and a PhD from
Columbia     Pacific University. His extensive and diversified skills     and strong
accomplishments in projects from creation    to completion i n the US Air Force and
civilian life    makes him ideally suited for this important position.
